ANorexia

Thank you for sharing your story. As someone who as struggled with an eating disorder for over 50 years I have gone through some horrible periods in my life. I was never good enough. I hate when those feelings come up. All you can do is one day at a time, one step at a time. Its very hard work.

Gabi thanks for sharing your experience, I have a daughter fighting anorexia, you describe very well the psicologic part of the disease, it is not only girls that do not want to eat, it is a very much complex thing. May Hashem give you all the blessings!!

Wow, thank you so much for sharing. Your message is so powerful because of your bravery in honestly stating what you have been through. May it be a source of continued strength to you, that you had courage to share, as I am sure this video will be a great help to others with damaging coping mechanisms. I have already shared this video.

Congratulations on your decision to live and overcome your situation. We all have demons and struggles. I take inspiration from you in fighting my own demons and struggling against my own addictions.

How brave you are to share. May HASHEM always help you to fight the good fight. There are so many out there like you and
