Physicality is never irrelevant!

It is relevant. But the difference is, when you love someone you just find him or her beautiful and attractive. When my husband z"l was 65, I once looked at him and told him: "In my eyes you do not change. You look now for me the way I saw you, when you were 27. He said the same be kesher iti. But it was not "only spiritual". His gentle touching me was real. Only once and again one looksl at the other one and finds him/her really beautiful. And with Avraham in Egypt was such a moment (had a reason!) to look at his wife. (It is also said: "Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.) Of course I have nothing against it, when Jews are sure, that Sara was the most beautiful woman on earth. Might well be. But for my husband I was the most beautiful woman on earth.
