Thankyou
Yes indeed time and again I have told myself not to talk so much and , it is sign of neurosis , of pride the ego or small miind driving us and over riding the Spirit of God at work within our members, blessing to you for this VERY imporatnt teaching. Shalom Richard

It's hard to do but very important
I heard of the Chofetz Chaim a few years ago. He was a rabbi who emphasized the importance of guarding the tongue. It is a very hard thing to do, especially if you have friends with whom you have enjoyed sharing gossip for a long time. Talk to your friends and make a pact to stop lashon hara. The relationship will improve!

THANK YOU
I am going to live by this from this day on. I have never heard of this verse. I recently started studying the Bible, I am only in Exodus. I live in WV, and there are no Jewish Rabbis where I live, So I really appreciate Aish and your teaching today Rabbi Shafier.
