wow as i saw this i wanted to cry! it made me sooooooooooooo proud 2 b a jew! i wanted to just show it to the world put it in the middle of time square and shout at the world to look how perfect judisam is! as a teenage bias yakov gal struggling quietly with the fundamental bases of yidishkite and yet i go 2 a regular bias yakov school cuz my family nearly relizes (98L) i found this to be inspirering and important! thank you for making this video

The Fire and the Flame

"Israel is called fire, as it is written: 'The house of Jacob shall be fire.' " Exodus Rabbah 15:6 The mystery of the season(Kislev) is that we are flames (light is not only outside us but inside us as well.), burning with a spirit that transcends weather(we ourselves are the fires of the winter season). We prepare to kindle flames for Hanukkah, preparing to live as if we too could see the flame at the heart of existence.

Well done-but hard to follow

I would recommend keeping the slides of Jewish and nonJewish values separate so they're easier to follow. The emphasis seemed on the nonJewish perspective VS ours.

Excellent, but...

It is the G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob Who imparted these values to us. He CHOSE the Jews to reveal His will. This makes us very blessed, indeed, but also keeps us humble.
