This is spot on. Some of the best times in our relationship were after one of us said those words.

Brings peace! Shows humbleness.
Honestly, I have always used those words with my husband, children, sisters ... ... all unpleasant arguments come to an end peacefully. It leaves the other person with nothing much to say further. I see nothing wrong in saying those words for the sake of peace.

Why is it so hard to say?
It's really hard to say we are wrong. Why? I wish I cound understand the hardness of saying it. My wife always tell me that I am wrong but I just can´t agree with her on this subject. Yes, I think I am always right (althought I know I make many mistakes). Why is it so hard to agree with people that desagree with us? Any help? My e-mail is firstname.lastname@example.org and I would welcome your suggestions. Thank you.
