Father's Day is very hard. My wife died in an accident three years ago after 37 years of marriage. The Father's Day wishes from my twin daughters are nice, but not having my wife to wish me Happy Father's Day (and not being able to wish her Happy Mother's Day last month) makes these special days hard. If you know someone who has lost their spouse, give them a call today and wish them Happy Father's Day. It will help.

Everyday should be Parent's day

While I understand why this video came out today, I think that we should remember that everyday is Mother's and Father's Day.

this video was really emotional for me. I'm a 12 year old girl and my father died in the summer of 2012. In his sleep. I'm glad someone understands me because the way I see it, I still have a father. he is 'still my daddy' even if he's not alive. if you know any kids around my age who need someone to talk to they can email me at
id love to help people in my situation cuz I know how hard it is.

this brings tears to my eyes. i have no parents left--my dad died in 1996b from cancer. and my mom just died on june 16, 2012. from alzeimers. if you have parents left, never take them for granted. say I LOVE YOU to them every day. i wish i did. i loved my parents.
