Mitchell Bard is a foreign policy analyst and author specializing in U.S.-Middle East policy. He is Executive Director of the American-Israeli Cooperative Enterprise (AICE), and director of the Jewish Virtual Library. He holds a Ph.D. in political science from UCLA.
