Suggest Relaxation Music, Exercising (Steven Halpern Music?)

Dear Rabbi Sytner, thanks for the encouragement, but let me suggest that our worry and stress is real. It is based on the threats we now face. We must be careful, for ourselves and for others.

I suggest Relaxation techniques and I hope that Aish.com can post some.

For example, there is very slow, music, designed for relaxation.
I use music by Steven Halpern, who is a pioneer in this field.
Here are some free samples that link, together. (Others are on his page)

I also use some light, daily exercises.
Thanks much Harry

There is none like Rabbi Sytner!!!!

Rabbi Sytner was our Rabbi in White Plains, NY before moving to Canada. He and his wife Miriam were two of our closest friends. We miss them so much. I always make sure to watch his videos as they give me so much inspiration. Wishing everyone a joyous Pesach!
