Oversimplified

I think this is kind of oversimplified. The person who does not see themselves as being worthy can’t just flip a switch. It’s much more complicated. You can dive into why you feel the way you do but you may not like the answer.

Agreed! (but it's a start!)

Dear Anonymous,
I completely agree, this video is not intended to replace a therapist, but merely to give strength, and perhaps help us open the channels to begin exploring what's really holding us back.

Yes, We deserve, but We Need to Share and Credit Others and Hashem...

Dear Rabbi Sytner, thanks so much, for a great lesson.

But I would add something about the importance of giving credit and sharing. Otherwise, we may wind up wrestling with our own PRIDE and EGO.

Note Megillah 2.22: "Esther spoke to the King, in the name of Mordechai."

Easy Efforts We Make Should not be Trivialized, but Valued (Behar Sinai)

Let me add that it is easy to fall into a trap, and trivialize easy efforts we make in life. Thus, we may feel our easy efforts are in vain.

(Take for example, this very comment. It was easy for me to make it, but I did not have to make it. I can think of all the people who read this, but do not contribute their own comments...)

Avos 2.1: "Be careful to perform a minor mitzvah in the same manner as a major mitzvah, for you do not know the reward for each mitzvah."
