One Stitch Closer

Get inspired by Veronika, CEO and founder of The Empowerment Plan, who empowers women to become more independent.

There are eight levels of charity (see Maimonides, Laws of Charity, Chapter 10). The highest form of charity is giving someone in need a job. This gives them something even greater than money; it gives them their dignity and independence. The video below profiles Veronika Scott, an inspiring 24 year old who is making a difference in people’s lives.

This is inspiring! However I think it might be important for the world to know how and where you got the financing to start the production of the coats. For others to contemplate following your example, it would be helpful to understand that element in the plan.

How inspiring!

You not only took the opportunity that you had to go to college, but you created something to give these women a chance at a decent life, and hope! As they say it better to teach people skills then keep them dependent on handouts from others. You have done a great mitzvah! May you continue to be blessed.

Veronika has shown us all the power of ONE - BRAVO.
