we are not "all" addicts!
The more I read these articles, the happier I am to have my "kosher" phone, which is only a phone and no text or internet. And we are not afraid to either shut it off, or ignore the ringing, or answer briefly, just long enough to say, "Hi! I'm busy now, will call you back later".

My fiancé broke up over a text message
Folks, please communicate face to face. I lost who I thought was a wonderful man over a miscommunication via text. He could have and should have met face to face to discuss the issue. A minor issue ruined 6 incredible months. I told him we always enjoyed each other's company, never had an arguement (and he agreed) this was 2 months after he broke it off. 93% of communication is non-verbal. Please turn phones off whenever possible. JMHO
