Aish, thank God, you are here

dozens of people have eaten this pasta dish in front of me, unbeknownse I made it--and they went wild enjoying it. And Chef presents it with his holy manner. Aish, thank God, you are here

no check cilantro

If you buy cilantro or any other greens (parsley, dill, mint) that have been processed and pre-checked for bugs, you don't have to check. You should soak them in water with a drop of dish soap for about 15 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. It is very difficult to check the above if they have been grown in the usual way. You should ask your rav what to do. Healthy, delicious eating to all!

Read the Instructions

No need to soak and soap them unless the instructions say to do so!

Too much!

Too spicy: pepper, cilantro and soy sauce, which is salty! It does sounds low calorie, but it could use some protein, chopped egg whites, added.

Anonymous, July 25, 2011 8:58 AM

pepper=red bell pepper which is the opposite of spicy (AKA sweet). if you want to add a protein-add one!!!! and use less or low sodium soy sauce if you want. wow why do people have to be SO negetive all the time??????? do ALL recipes have to be custom made for everyone????????? it drives me CRAZY. people have to learn to improvise instead of complain!!!!!!!!

Sarah, July 25, 2011 5:34 PM

partly right, partly wrong

You're right: improvising is better than complaining. But won't it be better to give this advice in a positive -rather than negative- way?

You mention to check the pepper, but doesn't cilantro need checking too?
