It makes my day to see such a video!!

Giving in such a way is one of the most beautiful ways for one to feel cherished and successful. May all blessings be upon all of you!!

Sunflower kosher bakery

Sunflower Bakery in Maryland run a similar program. I don't know all the details, but I do know that it's staffed by developmentally disabled adults, and their baked goods are certified kosher.

We knead more stories like this in our news.

What an inspiring video! I love it.Everyone is here for purpose...
everyone wants to be kneaded....I used to work with people with
mental disabilities and I learned that all god's children are beautiful and can contribute something to this world. We knead love....and cupcakes!

Blessings upon them

I am in awe of these people who started this, for those who have special needs. And this video PROVES shows they are treated as people! These people who started it are to be thanked, and blessed! The world needs more of them. G-d's blessing to them, and to those with special needs!

How incredible! I need to learn from these people and realize that there is a place for even those that at first glance don't seem like they have a place. KUDOS TO AISH FOR SHOWING THIS TO THE WORLD.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome

Special people, helping special people. We all need to learn from what they are doing. Rambam says that finding someone a job is the greatest form of Tzadakah (charity), I think this proves the point. Thanks Aish for showing this.
