More CAN be said

When will our words reflect our truth? I liked the emphasis on forgive- I'm sorry can erase (or more importantly rewrite) a lot of negative expression. Then love can flourish!

"Spell - Bound" Suggests How Writing Down Feelings May Change Us.

I think this is an incredible lesson, not just on hate and jealousy, but in general.
Perhaps there are times when writing down how we feel can help us to change for the better.

We all may have negative feelings about other people, and ourselves. We may feel that we are stuck with these feelings and negative actions. But we might try to write them down, and see if we can edit them.

Note the word "edit" can be turned around to "tide".
Perhaps we can turn the tide, by editing words about how we feel and act.

Lovely but Limited

In this case, the bond of family overcame the jealous hatred. But when there isn't such a bond?

Precious

We would never actually kill someone and yet we must realize that when we hate, we are jealous or think bad thoughts about people we are causing unspeakable repercussions and even death.
