Indigenous? Jews are indigenous to Israel!

'The indigenous Arab population' began coming from Arabia in the late 19th and early 20th centuries in order to benefit from the economic improvements brought by the Jewish chalutzim. The area was then a province of the Turkish Ottoman Empire, whose absentee-landlords were more than happy to sell/rent the desolate land to the Jews.
Please re-tape this lecture to be historically accurate.
BTW, half the Jewish population in the 'modern age' is NOT is Israel; don't they/we deserve a mention? What about the survival/flourishing of their culture, as you quoted Saadya Gaon, their attachment to the Torah?

Arabs indigenous to Canaan-Israel?

I had to listen to that part twice to make sure I heard right. Not only were Arabs
not indigenous to Israel they aren't Persian or Chaldean either.
