Kick the Cat politics

One of the basic lessons of any school yard is to beware of bullies and stand up to them. Antisemitism is distraction bullying - Kick the cat politics. Jews are in small communities and easy to get at and while people are distracted by lies about Jews they are distracted from the real problems or how to deal with the problems - tax reform and constitutional reform and diverted from the problems caused by their own mad clergy or madder kings and thieving landlords.

Some great points for certain and some seem debatable

When Jews don't live up to the purpose for which they were created it's bad for them and the world. A combination of the first 6 reasons seem for sure to partially true ( midgets are a poor example as no envy or feeling they wanted to replace them nor that they are outsiders)but I agree the big reason for the Jewish mission given by Hitler and verified by Torah seems to me a huge reason. Many Jews have assimilated when host countries allowed, and now in America at an alarming rate, but our mission continues. Herzl didn't give up on the idea of being just another nation but he felt assimilation in Europe was not the answer so he mistakenly thought Jews in their homeland of Israel would eliminate antisemitism. I'm not sure Hitler was correct that leaving any Jewish soul alive would foil his plan for a new/ old pre Torah survival of the strongest/ law of the jungle world but maybe so. In addition what is considered moral in today's world sometimes conflicts with what the Torah and sages state. A big problem for many "progressives" Are outwardly observant Jews more likely to be role models of morality? In my experience in some areas for sure yes and in others not so much. In any case I believe antisemitism will be"H be eliminated when Jews accept their destiny and return to the Aretz and live as the Torah commands so Jews come home or send your children

Very informative

When I was in Paris in 2008 and went to he Jewish museum, in the middle of the front courtyard was a statue of Dryfus and the words out of my mouth were j’acuse!

Very thoughtful series, but we Jews don't have a corner on morality and conscience.

When you consider that some of the very worst in human cruelty, immorality, and lack of conscience seems to have come disproportionately from Jews (e.g. Bernie Madoff, Jeffrey Epstein, Harvey Weinstein, Leona Helmsley, et al.), I'm not sure that even the argument that anti-Semitism is based on resentment toward the Jews for having brought conscience and morality into the world, is an adequate one, either. Sociopaths and psychopaths exist in every population. Why do "ours" stick out so much? Is it because they are the scapegoats who take the hits, while the gentiles who do equal or greater evil slip away unscathed? Do the haters gloat when they can "out" a Jew who doesn't represent the moral high road we're supposed to personify?

Yes, Jews also are disproportionately represented as some of the very best contributors to humanity, too. Maybe that's what we should be looking at as the source of resentment -- why we are disproportionate in our beneficial contributions to the world despite our small number.

Slanderous comment misses point

The reason the Jews exist is bring conscience and morality as defined by the Torah/ sages to the world NOT that only Jews are moral. Most Jews are held by ourselves and for certain by you and also the world to a higher standard since our mission and role is of the greatest importance and if we fail we suffer as does with the world.

Given that the Jews have survived so long and often under such horrible conditions, according to the dictates of Social Darwinism they must be the most highly evolved people on the planet. So far, at least, the Jews have survived everything.
