Old Yiddish saying. The Moshiah you expect will never come. The Moshiah that comes you never expected.

Adam and chava
Adam was made from the earth, chava was made from a rib, Did God speak a body on the rib or did he cover the rib with earth and breath into her nostrils?
Dear Rabbi Becher, I have noticed that a lot of people are using the word “talmid chacham” loosely. I know by a personal experience a person (who happens to be a rabbi) even though the literal definition might be suitable to him, the way he practices the Jewish law in private life are completely the opposite. My perception of a Talmud chacham person is not only what you know about Jewish law it must be accompanied by a genuine practice in public and also in private life. Am I wrong with this definition?

Moschiach now!
Thank you Rabbi Becher,
I've had a nephew & now niece going to YU. In 2010, at age 44, I became a Baha'i (albeit, from my view, a Jewish Baha'i). Wonder if you'd be open to discussing over time specific TaNaKh citations and references from our sages about the circumstances, condition and qualities of the Moschiach? I'm quite drawn to Lubavitchers who so ardently look for/anticipate His coming and seek to expedite the process. But many of us have deeply held beliefs about the "who & how" this process will unfold, making objective discussion occasionally challenging. I'd certainly like to learn more.
