"I am alive" Might Remind Us to Exercise to Feel More Alive, Each Day

Yes, I think some frequent exercise might help us, to wake up and become more energized, every day. A little bit might do the trick, with "motor - vation."

Perhaps, if we play this 4 minute video, when we feel stuck and lazy, we might recharge our "batteries" and move forward.

(At the same time, some exercising might give us more patience, to pause.)

Yaakov Shwekey went to the Yeshiva, in Rochester, NY, where I live and daven

Thank you so much for this incredible, inspiring motivation!

Thank H'Shem each morning for being alive.

Today, I thought, as Jerry Seinfeld once spoke about on his t.v. show, that this is truly a bizarre world, and, yet, when I listed to this uplifting song, It reminded me of why I still thank H'Shem each morning for being alive.

Incredible, Motivation Video! (Share with others) Thanks, Yaakov Shwekey!

I don't think I have ever seen a more motivating video! Modeh Ani.
We say Modeh Ani, each morning. But we can be thankful, all the time, for life and for our enthusiasm. This is a great reminder, to share with others, all the time.

Thank you, Yaakov Shwekey and Aish.com for this wonderful, uplifting video...

Thank you Harry in Rochester NY www.SavingSchools.org
