Stars ,when studied by the knowledgeable are a guide that can help the lost, find their way.

The light of stars are sometimes reflected by others.

Yes!

You, the Jewish people, have fulfilled your destiny by bringing the Torah all the way into this present century. You truly are "the People of the Book". Thank you.

You can do it.

Write it yourself. It's not a lot of work.

Israelis abroad

For us, one thing is impossible: to behave like civilized human beings when we are visiting another country. The vast majority of Israeli tourists are a black spot on Israel's image. My suggestion is that good manners are taught to children at school. And for those traveling, be warned to be kind, polite and an honorary ambassador for your country.

BEREISIS = BRIS AISH? Thanks Rabbi Cohen

Dear Rabbi Cohen,

We know that stars are on FIRE, right?
Now, the thought occurred to me that the very first word of Torah is BEREISIS.

So, in the middle of this word is AISH, which is FIRE, right?
Now, bring the other letters, together, to form, BRIS.

So, the very first word contains the letters of BRIS AISH, a covenant of fire.

I wonder what this might mean.
Maybe, we the Jewish people, have energy, like a fire, a light, which can spread.
We have the light of the Torah. We have one another.

What do you think? Thanks much...
