Thank you for this important message. I am reaching an important crossroads in my life and have constantly tried to tell myself to stop living in the future with all my uncertainties, hopes, fears and dreams. This was a lesson I really needed to hear. Thank you Mrs Polotnik.

You are the one that will know

Dear Lori, If you were my Shadchan I'd have been married a long time ago. In your travels, please be on the lookout for my beshert. Your connection with life is sober, functional and wise; your advice is sage. Please take this seriously. Thanks, Ephraim

The funny thing is I always get jetleg coming home. Does this mean I would prefer to be elsewhere? Could it be true for the rest of your remarks? I wish there would be a way to do this "present" thing easily

The cause of jet lag?

Jet lag has to do with your body being used to certain sleep patterns at certain intervals which is being drastically altered due to the new time zones. But the message is a good in either case.
