Boy, oh boy

The day I first listened to your video Lori... I would have pretty much thrown out all the minutes of my day. I said nasty things about bad, bad people. (criminals and druggies) Doesn't matter that it is true, I shouldn't have said it and wouldn't want it read back at the end of the week.

I agree with Nancy, giving the benefit of the doubt is very important. (I also like the closed captioning before)
Thanks Lori!

I've taken minutes at meetings and I really enjoyed listening to you speak on this topic. In the course of transcribing what people have said, I've always tried to be simultaneously sensitive while also being factual. Sometimes meetings get heated as people disagree with one another. In those cases we must remain truthful, but we certainly don't need to air dirty laundry. On a different topic, I am respectfully requesting that Lori Almost Live returns to its previous format. The close captioning has been so helpful to so many people, and I am disappointed it has been discontinued. Also, the background music is too distracting. With that said, I am ALWAYS appreciative of everything Lori Palatnik has to say!
