An amazing message
I think we all have barriers ... Maybe we create them or maybe they are real. I know it's so scary to venture into the unknown. But really if we don't , then I guess we are selling ourselves short. I'd love to get out of my comfort zone.... I'm just petrified!!!! Maybe one day I will... I'd hate to be the elephant !!!!

One of the better " make a change" messages!
So many of us want to take the " I'll change " leap. To break free. But I know in my life it's the unknown that scares me. So I live my life tethered to the pole. In your light & airy voice you make it sound so easy. I hope this holiday we can re frame our bondage & make the necessary changes. A meaningful Chag to all.

Tiny specific goal, short timeline
Sometimes I set a very small, specific goal to be done in the next 10 or 20 minutes. Go to the exercise class today (might not work out when i actually get there, but the goal was to go). Mop such-and-such part of the kitchen floor starting 5 minutes from now and ending 10 minutes from now. Then I have some ammunition when my own self-critical voice makes sweeping negative statements. I don't know any cure, but this treatment helps.
Chag Sameach and b'hatzlachah!
