Fear and anxiety about a new disease and what could happen can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. Coping with stress in a healthy way will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger. CBD may also benefit people with other forms of anxiety, such as social anxiety disorder (SAD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It may help treat anxiety according to https://biomdplus.com/cbd-oil-for-anxiety/.

Exposure and Response Prevention

Not a fan for real life events.

I learned about E&RP when a loved one had OCD, obsessive compulsive disorder using handwashing rituals to where they washed their hands raw. They needed endless reassurance and it prevented them from coping with daily life, they couldn't leave the house. The exposures for treatment were over the top- climb in a dumpster to expose to the germs and then not wash hands. This was the treatment from the mental health community.

My loved one got much better when she learned Torah based meditation, re-enforced her Emunah in HaShem and used spiritually based tools.

I personally like to keep spiritual tools, meditation, Prayer, separate from psychological treatments.

Thank you for letting me exoress my opinion, that differs from yours on this treatment.
