Teachers Should Respect STUDENTS, too! (Students make a teacher)

Wonderful advice, but I see the reverse as true:
Teachers are teachers, because students treat them with respect.

I think a big part of the problem in education today, may be this.
Teachers want respect, but they all too often to not constantly value students.

The student makes the teacher, a teacher.
The child makes the parent a parent.
The captain makes the private a captain.
(Readers make great web pages, like, great)

Perhaps if we constantly reminded Rabbis, they would show more respect.

Leading by Example

You know, I have such a Rabbi and Rebbetzin in my life. Through their example of how they weather life with such Emuna, often is enough for me. Their actions are my answers, anf when I do ho to them, they really know what makes me tick, and I get honest Torah-based feedback. It really does make a difference to have people in your life who lead by example.
