I Beg to DISAGREE. (Politics, in this election maybe in DANG - R)

Dear Rabbi Sytner, I appreciate your advice, but I strongly disagree.
===================================================
This US election is different. Perhaps, because you live in CANADA, you can
be ALOOF about it. The word ALOOF contains the same letters as A FOOL.

I believe the very soul of the USA is being tested in this election.
Yes, I can see how some of the values of the Right and Trump have merit.
But, endless, lying, stupidity, ignorance, manipulation, etc can be dangerous.

Back in January,, I happened to see a New York license plate: "DANG - R"
That was before the virus hit us. But this stranger DANG - R license got to me.

Yes, Trump supports Israel. Great, but then what?
No, I believe we, in the USA, are beging tested, on Election day, NOV 3.

As we say, each day: SHEMA and we end with EMES (Truth)
Without the whole truth and nothing but the truth, we are LOST.

So, I think we SHOULD try to discuss POLITICS, with family and friends.

Thanks Much H

What about LIFE?? Their dash is destroyed before ever being given their G-d given right.

LarryB, October 30, 2020 2:08 PM

Start with life

Its important to remember that with over 150 million registered voters, at worst those you disagree or agree with, will only be 1/150 millionth of the solution or
1/150 millionth of the problem. Its ok to disagree with family but keep in mind how little their vote really counts.

It is different

Yes Harry, this election is very different from many previous ones. That is because a "particular party" has overall moved to the far left; the same far left that does not support Biblical Israel, and that is not good for the future of American, and that seeks to indoctrinate young people where they often can't tell right from wrong. Harry, learn the facts, and perhaps you will get closer to the "Emes."

Sharona, November 2, 2020 3:36 AM

While Biden seems nicer than Trump, don't be fooled. Trump had a good economy before covid. And the economy is coming back. With the Dems, it's going to go down hill with socialism.
Plus, the Dems want to bring back the Iran deal which is dangerous for Israel.

The word LIFE contains the same letters as the word FILE. This means that whatever we encounter in life, we should file it away and then only refer to it if it remains importatn.

So proud to be voting for Trump

Praying President Trump to be reelected. He is the best friend Israel and the Jewish people have ever had.

Thank you Bonnie

As I stated above: ".....a "particular party" has overall moved to the far left; the same far left that does not support Biblical Israel, and that is not good for the future of America, and that seeks to indoctrinate young people where they often can't tell right from wrong." Thank you Bonnie for what you wrote.

It does matter who you vote for....vote for a candidate the supports LIFE, so they are given an opportunity to experience what you spoke of. Vote for a candidate that supports ISRAEL. Because it does matter for the generations that will follow.

The Aish Rabbi's are aware of the problem

Let us hope that all of us listen to our "Rabbi's". and get through these difficult times.

Very meaningful & correct

Very much appreciate your message, Rabbi it rings true 2 me - meaningful & correct as I c it as well. The - between our birthdate & date of our leaving this world, what have we done & how did we accomplish whatever we did. Were we kind, honest etc or angry? Something 2 think about. Thank you.
