the feelings text pay attention to your feelings

thank you so much for this beautiful advice, i think that this is also a way to use the silence that many rabbis of the past felt that was an appropriate response to a question,,,the silence of asking ourselves what exactly are we feeling is connecting us to G-d. I think our world is so fast and so filled with intrusions, that if you can find times of silence and check in with your feelings you will be of more service to others too, less clouded, and more like the pure water of spirit, May you be blessed and lifted up, thank you for this small advice
