Prayer is the way to Hashem

No, therapy is not like tefila. Therapy can be a help to overcome trauma or behaviour . Prayer is our strengh and way of life as a jewish.

So much more, prayers are daily obediance to G.d and connection because the words are the same to all of us during the centuries. Prayers are a fantastic strong bandage which assure the unity in the meadle of all communities and generations.
That's strong as life and Faith.
