When Rabbi Amman was left alone burying a man he never met in a cemetery in Staten Island, he never imagined how much divine intervention was really at play.

The unexpected burial Mitzvah

I have heard or read this story before. But in the other version the source of connection to the man he buried was someone other than Rabbi Neuberger. Either way it's a great story. And Rabbi Gold is a story teller par excellence - both in oral as well as written formats.

Thank you

Thank you sooooooo much Rabbi Gold for reminding us to be generous and kind, let these actions float and be in the here and now. Maybe someone else needs help. Maybe we're in the right place at the right time to respond in an appropriate way. Yes, let's be present for others.
Thank you so much again.

Great story - very true.

I know someone who gave his stem cells to a Jewish man in New York who had leukemia.

14 years later the same man was diagnosed with cancer. He received a stenm cell transplant himself
He's now recovering Refuah Shleuma may God bless him with a complete recovery speedily!
