Kindness as an antidote
For the last several days I have been feeling tired and lethargic. I've also felt some physical pain. The heinous acts in Pittsburgh and Poway had knocked the wind out of my sails and I had to force myself to keep moving. The best thing I can do is to be kind and compassionate to others.

Indeed, Nancy. It's been rough. May we be blessed with the strength and wisdom to turn this into positive acts of kindness and growth...

The Power of Love
What a powerful video, powerful message. Lori Gilbert-Kaye's life overflowed with her innate love for others. She gave to the very last breath and her life will continue to illuminate the lives of others. May her family be comforted with all mourners of Zion and Jerusalem...

Hashem is Always Our Father
Great story especially for the days of Sefiras HaOmer. However, I would not have said that if we don't treat each other as brothers, Hashem does not act like a father. Hashem is always our heavenly Father, even when He punishes us. We just don't understand His mind.

Respect is Really about Brotherhood and Sisterhood (thanks Moe Mernick)
Thanks so much, Moe Mernick. I am trying to circulate this video, in my community of Rochester, NY, and beyond.
Ten years, ago, I wrote a note to Chabad.org on RESPECT and the OMER.
Now, I am trying to add this video link to my note. See:

Thanks so much, Moe and Aish.com
