Love this!

I needed to hear this so badly! I am one of those people that really get perturbed if someone is not being respectful to others by coming around with sickness, but this showed me I have not been respectful of others when I share my bad moods with them! Thank you!:)

Yes, bad moods are contagious but....

It is not always a good idea to tell someone to smile. If a person is suffering from clinical depression, just telling him/her to smile will not resolve anything. Also, I do NOT want strangers telling me to smile. Throughout their lives women have been subjected to hearing this command. If I do not feel like smiling, the reasons are none of your business.
