Remember how it felt the first time you put on T'filin, or Tzitzis, or prayed [Shmona Esra, or Otherwise], read a moving story about how Jews kept Mitzvos, and learned Tora under Great adversity, or during the Holocaust.
As the RAbbi said, "If you visualize, or recall those feelings, you can feel them again.
Try to feel that "rush" when you did it the first time.
It can be yours again, just for the imagining

i rely enjoy rabbi shaffer explaining it is jus a pity it is not longer or more on the parsha
