Rabbi Sytner - see The Secret Life of Trees by Peter Wohleben. You will be surprised how "Jewish" trees really are. I know you brother Rabbi Ari from, when he was in Charleston.

intertwined redwood roots
at my parents' funeral, the rabbi told of a pair of carrots that had grown together into one carrot- my parents love for each other had done that in their lifetime, my parent die within 2 weeks of each other, each on Shabbat. When my Dad's funeral candle went out, my Mom died. It was beautiful. am Yisroel Chai!
