A Child’s Shoe: The Story of Hinda Cohen

The fate of the two-year-old daughter of Dov and Tziprah Cohen from Lithuania is traced through a surviving artifact – her shoe.

We must never, ever forget children like Hinda, who was murdered in Auschwitz, and whose parents had to live with this knowledge the rest of their days. May we continue to study and learn about the Holocaust, and hope and pray it will never happen again. We must be pro-active and diligent about it.

I lost my 4 1/2 years old brother, while I'm 6 1/2 ?years I was in charge and I didn't succeed to protect him.
My heart goes to the little Hinda's parents.
Yizkor AM ISRAEL ALL THE ASSASINATED CHILDREN AND OUR PARENTS/FAMILIES.
