Yes and no

Dear mr Gersht, it seems that you were and still are surrounded whole your life with loving people. It is not the case for everyone. Emotional neglect in childhood has handicapped me. I am very lonely, unable to find a decent male partner. I achieved a lot through hard working, intelligence (sorry to say it about myself) and especially perseverence. But I took a lot more time to reach my goals, because of lack of support! I now live in a neighbourhood with uneducated people (I did not know that beforehand) and I suffer a lot because of that. I am even 'attacked' sometimes because of my intelligence or educational level! Cannot move. And because of age discrimination It is a huge fight and time consuming to find a job, nevertheless my university level. I have no family, they never cared about me. So, where is the universe? I spend my life alone and seem to attrack the wrong people.. I wish I could go and live in a better, educated neighbourhood for example. So What you say makes sense for people who are surrounded, you have your religious people who surround you too because they are happy you specialised in the Thora, you seem to have a family, etc. Think deeper, it is not possible for everyone! But the only aim in life is to keep hoping and continue in what I am good at. There I believe and hope one day someone will notice or I will find an opportunity.

Movement, Don't wait for Perfect and give up Better

Dear Dinah
You need momentum, there are so many neighborhoods and people 8 billion. Expand your self and vision.
Make a collection of pictures and demographic data on places that meet your standards. Data is available online . Start exploring in your mind first than find a way to move. You can not go wrong .
Encouragement. From Me

I believe I’m a good person. The “universe” killed my husband and took our future away! Everything he babbled on is nonsense. I’m alone and lonely even in a room with a thousand people. Please it’s ridiculous to say I’m good the universe is good and all will be good and meaningful- so naive!

Life Changing. Todah rabbah.

Perfect. Just perfect. For decades my thoughts have circled around your message though I never had the concept nor the words. Thank you for leading me to this point. You changed my life.

I am deaf, I enjoy the Aish written articles and learn something new everyday. I would love to be able to follow the videos , there are no subtitles. Is there any way that you could provide them. Many thanks

For this video at least, there are captions.
While the video is running, move the computer mouse so that the cursor (on my unit it looks like a little white hand) is in the bottom right corner of the image.
If you see "CC" (closed captioning). click the left button on the mouse a single time. That should do it. Good luck!
